Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the item/s (if you fail to do so we can only offer a store credit voucher) at hello@jaggerylondon.co.uk to request a return with a mail titled 'RETURN' adding your name & order number. all returns need to be requested via email within 48hrs of receiving the items or we will not be able to process them. If you have requested a return within 48hrs of receiving the item, our return policy lasts 14 days from receipt of item.
If 14 days have gone by since receipt of item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn/unwashed and in the same condition that you received them.
If your items are returned smelling of perfume or deodorant they will be considered as worn and will not be eligible for a refund.
Knitwear takes on scents very easily and we would not be able to sell that item to another customer.
Items must also be returned in the original packaging including tags.
If the item is unwanted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please make sure to retain proof of return postage & send via a tracked service.
