We will happily refund or exchange goods.
Our return policy lasts 10 days from receipt of item. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the item, if the item is unwanted and a return is required so we can start to process the return.
If 10 days have gone by since receipt of item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn/unwashed and in the same condition that you received them.
If your items are returned smelling of perfume or deodorant they will be considered as worn and will not be eligible for a refund.
Knitwear takes on scents very easily and we would not be able to sell that item to another customer.
It must also be returned in the original packaging including tags.
If the item is unwanted, the customer is responsilbe for the return shipping costs. Please make sure to retain proof of return postage.
(If you are returning an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance)
To return your product please email stating 'RETURN' in the subject box.
Please note JAGGERY are not liable for shipping loss/damaged returned goods or any international duties and taxes.
In case of a faulty/damaged/incorrect item JAGGERY will refund initial shipping costs and return shipping.
If an item is to be exchanged for another JAGGERY product and is below the free shipping amount the postage of the exchange to customer will need to be covered by the customer.
